Your onboarding begins with a discovery meeting led by your lead engineer and will be followed by an onsite visit. These sessions are designed to help both teams to get to know each other, and for us to fully understand and document your site and systems.
Alongside this your team will have access to the full support of your new IT helpdesk, and your
account manager will be on hand to help with anything you need.
