As we approach our 35th year, we are still providing support for two of our very first clients and nearly 70% of our clients have been with us for more than 5 years!

Transparent Culture

Our processes are built on sharing information and feedback to ensure we are always improving. We are open with clients, partners and colleagues and have an ‘open door’ policy when it comes to our colleagues posing ideas or raising concerns.

Carbon emission offsetting and reduction

We are committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions across our operations by 2050, in line with the UK Government’s target. This includes reducing emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, with a preference for operational improvements over offsetting.

In the past we have offset our carbon emissions via donations to reforestation and marine biodiversity initiatives, but using data from 2025 as a baseline, we will now be embarking on a carbon reduction plan.

We now have our carbon reduction plan in place and an automated tracking system in place, with our first objectives being to adopt low carbon design principles, paperless workflows, and low carbon data storage strategies.

From there we will look at our green procurement, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and greener travel.

Supporting local charities

Alongside supporting local businesses with corporate partnerships we make regular donations to charities such as Mid and North East Essex Mind, Essex Wildlife Trust and Code Club.

We are proud to be a Platinum Investor In Wildlife with Essex Wildlife Trust, having supported them for over 15 years. We love supporting them with their projects, as well as their IT, and always enjoy taking part in their fundraising events.

For the last three years we have sponsored Mid and North East Essex Mind at the Colchester Stampede. We thoroughly enjoy taking part in this annual challenge and working with the team at Mind.

More about the Essex Wildlife Trust

The Essex Wildlife Trust is a conservation charity that focuses on protecting wildlife and the environment. Founded in 1959, the charity now protects over 8,400 acres of land across 87 sites and are supported by 39,000 members.

More about Mid & North East Essex Mind

Mid and North east Essex Mind offer hope and support for good mental health, so that no one feels alone. Their mission is to listen to our communities and offer compassionate and inclusive mental health services.

Paperless office

The average UK office worker uses 10,000 sheets of A4 paper a year - that's a standard pine tree. Our colleagues use less than 100!

At TechWyse, we aim to minimise our paper usage, favouring cloud storage and digital solutions (of course!).

We were an early adopter of e-signature software and have automated accounting processes to save both time and paper. Choices like these mean that we use 95% less paper than the national average.

We are now focusing on reducing other forms of waste, reducing our energy usage and ensuring all products used in the offices are ethically sourced.
