1. Commitment to Net Zero

We commit to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions across our operations by 2050, in line with the UK Government’s target. This includes reducing emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, with a preference for operational improvements over offsetting.

2. Baseline Emissions and Tracking

We will calculate and publish our baseline emissions for 2025-26, covering:

• Scope 1: Direct emissions from owned sources (e.g. fuel use in company vehicles).
• Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased energy.
• Scope 3: Indirect emissions from supply chain, commuting, waste, and procurement

Software tools are being considered to best support automated tracking and reporting.

• Promote biodiversity and community resilience through tree planting and marine restoration initiatives

• Annual Reporting: Emissions and progress will be reported annually
• Policy Integration: Sustainability Policy, Modern Slavery, and Information Security policies will be embedded into all operations
• Certifications: Maintain ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus to support secure and sustainable practices

6. Engagement and Education

• Host internal workshops on sustainability and carbon literacy(plan future lunch and learn session)
• Encourage staff participation in local volunteering and conservation initiatives
